OEM and ODM process

OEM builds to your drawings and specification. ODM starts from a partner platform and adapts voltage, capacity, housing, labels and communication to your market. Both follow the same six steps.

Six-step OEM and ODM flow from inquiry to shipment
Six steps. Lead times and minimum order quantities are pending.
  1. Inquiry. Send the target voltage, capacity, continuous discharge current, communication protocol, dimensions and quantity range.
  2. Specification. We reply with a written specification. Items we cannot confirm are marked as such.
  3. Sample. A sample is built for the agreed configuration. Sample lead time: Pending.
  4. Sample approval. You test and sign off the sample. Changes after sign-off are quoted separately.
  5. Production. Production starts from the approved specification and labelling. Quality checks are described on the manufacturing page.
  6. Shipping. Packing, transport documents and UN 38.3 documentation are prepared for the shipment. Packing list and documents: confirmed per order.
